To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Deposits
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $15 rescheduling fee, which is separate from your service total.Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.Refill Policy
Refills require at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. Appointments booked more than 3 weeks after your previous appointment or with fewer than 40% of lashes remaining will be charged as a full set.Mini Refill Policy
Mini refills are available only if you have 70% or more of your lash extensions remaining and your appointment is scheduled within 1.5 weeks of your previous visit. If these requirements are not met, your appointment will be upgraded to a regular refill.Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged a $15 late fee. Your appointment may also be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client's booking.Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment and limited studio space, guests are not permitted unless they are also receiving a scheduled service.Refunds & Adjustments
Due to the nature of lash services, all sales are final and refunds are not available. If you experience any concerns with your lashes, please contact MZK Lash Studio within 48 hours of your appointment so we can arrange a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.

Prepare Before Your AppointmentBefore Your Appointment
Please review the following to ensure the best retention and experience during your appointment:
Arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup.
Avoid using oily skincare, creams, or makeup removers around the eye area on the day of your appointment.
Remove contact lenses before your appointment if possible.
Wear comfortable clothing, as appointments can last up to 2–3 hours.
Please use the washroom before your appointment to avoid interruptions.
Avoid caffeine or energy drinks immediately before your appointment if you're sensitive, as they can make it harder to keep your eyes still.
Silence your phone and plan to relax during your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell or have an eye infection, please contact MZK Lash Studio to reschedule your appointment.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full appointment.
